What Is a Founding Practitioner?
Founding Practitioners are early collaborators who:
- Feel aligned with EneRay’s long-term vision
- Help shape the culture and systems as they develop
- Model integrity, professionalism, and collaboration
- Support the foundation upon which future practitioners will join
This role is not about status.
It is about co-creation and stewardship.
Founding Practitioner Benefits
Founding Practitioners receive:
- Priority access to practitioner space-rental tiers
- Early scheduling access before general enrollment
- Preferred consideration for co-collaborations and events
- A reduced revenue share for co-created events (80% practitioner / 20% EneRay)
- Enhanced visibility within the practitioner community
- Direct feedback access as systems and automation are refined
Alignment Matters
EneRay is intentionally selective.
We prioritize:
- Scope-aligned, ethical practice
- Clear communication and boundaries
- Mutual respect among practitioners
- Care for both people and process
Not every practitioner will feel aligned — and that is by design.
Timing & Availability
- Founding Practitioner participation is limited to 5 practitioners
- This invitation is time-bound
- Participation is by mutual alignment, not automatic acceptance
