Our Story
In 2019, Atahana and Sheila met during a breathwork class in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. What began as a chance meeting quickly blossomed into a deep soul sisterhood rooted in healing, spiritual exploration, and mutual empowerment. As they navigated their own journeys of releasing trauma and grief, they became each other’s trusted sounding boards, holding space for truth, growth, and transformation.
Certified as breathwork facilitators, they began hosting small group sessions in Sheila’s home. Word spread, the community grew, and the gatherings became more frequent. It was clear: something bigger was calling.
They dreamed of creating a dedicated space to share the power of breathwork and other holistic healing modalities. Each week, they met, breathing, visioning, and co-creating, channeling their intentions crown-to-crown. Over time, a clear vision emerged: a heart-centered community powered by quantum technology, rooted in connection, and grounded in holistic wellness.
In November 2022, the dream took shape. Atahana and Sheila made the courageous decision to leave their lives and careers in South Florida, relocating their families to St. Augustine to open EneRay, a nonprofit holistic wellness center. Just a few months later, in May 2023, EneRay officially opened its doors, and their spirit-led journey continues to unfold
